Returns and Exchange
We will be happy to assist you in providing you with an exchange or refund in case you wish to return or exchange item/s of your order for valid reasons. Kindly note that
- Package/Item must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
Please allow up to 7 days for your returns to be processed and/or replacements to be dispatched.
Damaged or faulty goods
If in unforeseen circumstances, you have received a faulty item, then please contact our Customer Service team by email to [email protected]. Post the item to us along with the proof of purchase and we will assess it for any manufacturing defects. We will offer you a replacement if the item is found faulty after assessment. Item/s will be returned to you if it is not deemed to be a manufacturing fault after assessment.
Receiving wrong items
Incase if you have received items that do not match your purchase description or received item/s that were not ordered by you, we will send you the correct item after the pickup is arranged for the wrong item.
Colors
We have done our best to display colors of the products on our website as accurately as possible, however, we cannot guarantee the colors displayed by your monitor are the same as the one’s displayed on our website as accuracy of colors as it depends on the type of monitor used.
Cancellation At My Tiny Wear, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, you can drop mail to us for cancellation within 24 hours of the receiving the product and product will be picked by courier company from your address. Your money will be returned in your account within 15 business days.
